I see that some Cherry Audio plugins come with Mixcraft. Are these plugins useable outside of the DAW, and I'm assuming if not, is the code redesigned in a way that functions inside it as a "native" plugin and not a "third party" plugin? I ask this because Daws usually function better with "their own" plugins. I hope I'm making this clear, it may be sort of hard for me to present the question accurately. It would also temper my curiosity to know if other Daws have a similar symbiosis, for a lack of a better term.
Also, I read somewhere that Cherry Audio employee(s) once work(ed) at Acoustica, and on here that Acoustica is a sister company of Cherry. I'm wondering about the history of Cherry Audio and Acoustica. Thanks
